Ordering Information
Civil Partnership Stationery - more information For personalised on-line orders we will contact you via the e-mail address that you submit with your order to confirm various details such as names, dates, venues etc. There are a few things to remember when ordering wedding stationery etc. Firstly check details several times to make sure all the information we receive is correct, we are not able to rectify mistakes after printing. Also remember to order in a few spare invitations, to allow for possible mistakes when addressing or the last minute inviting of a forgotten friend or family member. You would be surprised how often someone important is overlooked when compiling guest lists. How many spare invitations you order is completely up to you, however 5 to 10 is usual for most weddings. Because of the printing method, cards produced at a later date may not match exactly and so if this is important, please ensure you order plenty of stationery now.
A quality white envelope is included with Civil Partnership Invitations, Evening Invitations, Thank You Cards, Save the Date Cards / Fridge Magnets and Reply Cards.
Envelopes are NOT included with Order of Ceremony, Order of the Day and Menus. Card and foil colours may differ from those pictured, the quality of the images are not comparable with the true products. We strongly advise that you request a sample prior to ordering stationery. If you need a quick turnaround WE ARE USUALLY ABLE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER WITHIN 7-14 DAYS although this turnaround time cannot be guaranteed for the “Traditional Script with Initials” design or Magnets which require custom engraved printing plates. Please note that all orders, whether personalised or non-personalised are printed, assembled and cut in-house for each customer; we do not keep bulk stock of any design or card! Please also note that order times are stated by Newcombe Design Limited they refer to printing completion times and not delivery times; we cannot guarantee courier delivery dates. Ordering by post You can order by post - please write your desired stationery clearly with a breakdown of costs. We recommend using the PayPal shopping cart facility to total up your order and postage charges. Please make cheque’s payable to NEWCOMBE DESIGN LIMITED. Proofs For personalised orders we will produce proof copies of all inserts required. These can be posted to the customer if a stamped address envelope is sent to us with the order form. Alternatively we will usually e-mail or fax proofs (quality will be lost via these methods but the layout and spellings can still be approved). Please note that unlike some of our competitors we do not charge for producing proofs. Postage POSTAGE IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS £60.01 AND OVER! ORDERS OF £60.00 OR BELOW ARE CHARGED AT £4.95 Single Acceptance, With Regret and Congratulations on your Civil Partnership Cards are charged at £1.15 each. Please note that if you purchase a single card and other items in a single transaction you will be charged both postage charges. To avoid this please call us if this may be the case. Minimum Order Quantities Please note that the initial minimum order for wedding stationery is 20 cards. Orders placed for less than these amounts may be rejected. Minimum repeat order quantity is 10 cards assuming the insert text changes are limited to RSVP date or other minor details. Product Branding We do not include product branding on our wedding and civil partnership stationery. We hope that our customers will pass on our details to any friends or family who show an interest in our cards. Value Added Tax Vat is not charged on any of our products. OverSeas Orders We will quite happily send stationery abroad, using Air Mail etc. We will advise you of Post and Packing charges on an individual basis dependent on your location and the completed order weight. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ORDER ON LINE FOR AN OVERSEAS DELIVERY THEN AN ADDITIONAL P&P CHARGE WILL BE DUE BEFORE THE ORDER IS SENT.
